This Privacy Policy explains how Aldrin Francisco (“we”, “us”) handles information in the SporePath mobile application (the “App”), a tool for tracking mushroom cultivation. By using the App you agree to this policy.

| Cultivation content | Cultures, strains, activity logs, recipes, notes, and photos you create. This is stored on your device. |
| Photos (cloud backup) | If you are signed in and eligible for cloud backup, photos you attach may be uploaded to Firebase Storage so they can be restored across devices. Guests’ photos are never uploaded. |
| Backups you export | If you use the export feature, a snapshot of your data is packaged into an encrypted file that you choose to save or share. We do not receive a copy. |
| Crash & diagnostic data | If the app crashes, Firebase Crashlytics collects a crash report — device model, OS version, app version, and the technical stack trace — so we can fix bugs. It is not used to identify you. |
We do not collect advertising identifiers, location, contacts, or usage analytics, and the App shows no ads. The only diagnostics we collect are the crash reports described above.
We do not use your information for advertising and we do not sell or rent it.
We use Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Storage, and Crashlytics) as a processor acting on our behalf. Data sent to Firebase is governed by Google’s privacy and security terms. We do not share your data with any other third parties for their own purposes.
We do not share your personal data with third parties for their independent use. The only transfer of data is to the service provider above, which processes it solely to deliver the App’s features.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we apply reasonable safeguards.
On-device data remains until you delete it or uninstall the App. Account information and uploaded photos are retained while your account is active and are removed when you delete your account (see below).
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and associated data at any time. You can:
SporePath is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Firebase may process and store data on servers located in other countries. By using the App you consent to such transfers, carried out with appropriate safeguards.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
