These Terms govern your use of the SporePath mobile application (the “App”), provided by Aldrin Francisco (“we”, “us”). By using the App you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the App.
SporePath is a tool for tracking mushroom cultivation. It is provided for personal record-keeping. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for complying with all laws applicable to your activities in your jurisdiction.
You may use the App as a guest or sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in provider secure. You can delete your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy and in-app Settings).
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or access it in unauthorized ways, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
You retain ownership of the data and photos you create in the App. We process them only to provide the App’s features as described in our Privacy Policy.
The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss of data. The App is a record-keeping aid and does not provide professional, legal, or safety advice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
